How to take the New Moon and Full Moon duo-
 
If your cycle is irregular and you are wondering how this works then you will take the New Moon (Day 1-14) regardless of the length and then take the day Full Moon (Day 14-28) for the remainder of the time until your cycle starts again. Then go back to taking the New Moon day 1-14. On Day 14 you can take New Moon in the morning and Full Moon in the afternoon, so having two cups on that day! #spoilyourself
